\n1. Wind up front side. Normally you would wind up in order to quickly unwind in the opposite direction,
\nbut with this trick it’s almost as if to get a headstart on the body varial before you actually trick.
\nI’ve just done a couple and find I am winding almost 90\u00b0, so I can actually look at the back of my

\n2. Jump the other 90\u00b0 to complete you body varial. As you do so, make sure to kick your back foot
\nbackwards to do the shuvit. Because you have wound up beforehand as well, you can see the board spinning
